Antonio Viola

Creative Developer & Full-Stack Engineer

Antonio Viola

I build products end to end, and I make them move.

Software developer with over 20 years of experience turning ideas into working products, from the first UX sketch to the last line of backend code. I move comfortably across the whole stack, and I'm especially at home where solid engineering meets visual craft: real-time 3D, shaders and interfaces that feel alive.

Full-Stack, By Choice

Frontend, backend, mobile, cloud infrastructure, databases. I've shipped production systems in all of them, across more than a decade of shifting technology generations. I don't specialize out of necessity; I pick the right tool for each problem because I'm comfortable with most of them.

Creative Technologist

Beyond conventional web development, I design and build interactive 3D experiences (real-time graphics, shaders, animation) for demanding, high-visibility clients. It's where technical precision and visual design have to work together perfectly, and where I do my best work.

End-to-End Ownership

I've owned projects from initial research and wireframes through architecture, implementation, and data analysis, then led the technical teams building them. I'm as comfortable driving a whole product as I am contributing to one piece of a larger system.

Building With AI, Not Just Talking About It

I've restructured how I work around AI-assisted development, using it daily to move faster without cutting corners, with a deliberate approach to keeping context, documentation, and quality under control as projects grow.

AvSoft Mod for MTG Arena

A free companion app for Magic: The Gathering Arena, built and maintained end to end: game internals, backend infrastructure, a full public website, and the first real 3D replay of a match, rebuilt on a virtual table.

Three.js Next.js C# PHP / MySQL

Dexter House

An interactive 3D tribute to the TV series Dexter, built in Three.js. A playful walk through the stories of the victims, made for fans of the show.

MacBook Pro Configurator

An interactive 3D configurator built in Three.js: customize color, logo, and keyboard on a fully modeled MacBook Pro, then explore it freely: rotate it, open and close the lid. An "Order" button links straight to the real MacBook Pro on Apple's store.
